Ben Dewar

Ben Dewar serves as an Advisor at Findem since June 2024 and is a Partner at NU Advisory Partners, an AI and tech-led executive search and advisory firm. From March 2014 to December 2023, Ben held the position of Partner and Head of People, Talent + Legal Practice at True Search, where leadership of retained executive search projects for high-growth technology companies was a key focus. Ben's earlier experience includes roles as Managing Director at TalentSky and Chadick Ellig, where executive searches for senior positions were conducted, and as an Executive Search and Assessment Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates. Additional positions as Managing Director at The Artemis Group and Associate roles at Davis & Gilbert and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett further enriched Ben's extensive background in executive recruitment. Ben holds a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a BA in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
