David Malloy currently serves as Vice President & General Manager of Talent Consulting and Transformation at Findem since May 2025. Prior to this role, David held various leadership positions in talent acquisition across several companies, including Nutanix as VP of Global Talent Acquisition, where a focus was placed on employer branding and digital transformation. David's experience also includes serving as VP and Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at SAP, as well as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Infor, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Global Recruiting organization. Earlier roles included Senior Director of Recruiting at Oracle, Founding Partner at National Executive Search, Vice President at The Nolan Group, and Executive Recruiter at American Executive Search. David holds a BA in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Slippery Rock University, completed between 1992 and 1995.
