Jemi Crookes is a co-founder of The Aura Project, a supportive community for women leaders undergoing periods of personal reinvention due to career transitions. Currently serving as the Value & Operations Leader for Executive Search at Findem, Jemi Crookes is driving innovation in talent acquisition using AI and 3D data. Jemi's previous roles include Global Knowledge Leader in the Technology Industry at Russell Reynolds Associates and various positions at Mintel, Nielsen Company, Affinnova, and other organizations. Jemi Crookes holds a Master's in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
