MacIej Szarski

Maciej Szarski has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Maciej started as a Member of the Polish Visual Studio 2012 localization team at Microsoft from December 2011 to June 2012. Then, they worked as a Junior Java Developer at Comarch from March 2013 to July 2013. After that, they joined finder in January 2014 as a Junior PHP Developer and was promoted to PHP Developer in October 2014. In May 2018, they became a Tech Lead and then transitioned to the role of Engineering Lead in November 2018, where they are currently employed.

Maciej Szarski completed their education at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Maciej obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from 2009 to 2013, followed by a Master's Degree in the same field from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Maciej has obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance. Maciej also attained the certification of Certified specialist for problems solving in organization from Lynsky Solutions Sp. z o.o. in May 2019. Furthermore, they acquired the title of Problem Solving Team Leader from TÜV Thüringen-Gruppe in the same month and year. Finally, they completed a course on Redis for Developers and System Administrators from NobleProg in February 2019.
