Kaitlin O'Grady

Kaitlin O'Grady has over a decade of experience in human resources and change management, currently serving as the Head of Change Management at Findex since February 2015. Prior roles at Findex include Head of Human Resources and National Human Resources Manager for Client & Corporate Services. Previously, Kaitlin worked at Centric Wealth as a Human Resources Officer and Learning and Development Coordinator, focusing on training course management and development. Early career experience includes positions such as Area Manager at Cotton On Group, where operational leadership spanned multiple stores, Employee Development Manager at Tradies with an emphasis on talent management and policy development, and HR Coordinator at Sutherland District Trade Union Club. Kaitlin holds a Graduate Certificate in Business from Monash University, a Certificate IV in TAE from Corridors Training College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Movement Studies along with a Graduate Diploma in Education from UTS.
