Katrina Armstrong

Katrina Armstrong is a seasoned professional in health and safety and operational transformation, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Findex since October 2025. Prior experience includes a series of roles at Ryman Healthcare from January 2017 to September 2025, where Katrina held positions such as Head of Transformation - Operations and Business Improvement Manager. Additional roles include Programme Manager - COVID Preparedness and various positions in health and safety and operations management. Earlier experience at Tech 5 as a Safety & Communications Consultant, and roles at YOOBEE School of Design and Hays, contributed to a well-rounded skill set. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Otago, as well as a Diploma in Computer Graphic Design from YOOBEE School of Design.
