Neil Sparks

Neil Sparks is an experienced professional in the superannuation and financial planning sectors, currently serving as Associate Partner for SMSF Advisory at Findex since July 2025. Prior to this role, Neil was Head of Membership and Corporate Development at the SMSF Association, contributing as a member of its executive team from April 2023 to July 2025. Neil's extensive background includes over 15 years at BT Financial Group, where roles encompassed SMSF specialist, Head of Public Policy & Technical Services, and National Manager SMSF Strategy. Additionally, Neil has played a significant role in the SMSF Professional's Association of Australia as the SA Chapter Chairperson, fostering member engagement and professional development. Neil holds a Master of Financial Planning, Accounting and Finance from Kaplan Professional and a Graduate Certificate of SMSF from The University of Adelaide.
