Tanya Rumble MPNL, CFRE, CMP, MFA-P™ has extensive experience in fundraising and philanthropy. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Development for the Faculty of Arts at Toronto Metropolitan University, Tanya also holds various leadership positions, including Past-Chair at Findhelp | 211 and Board Secretary for AFP Canada. As a co-founder of Recast Philanthropy, Tanya emphasizes inclusivity and justice in fundraising practices. Additionally, Tanya has contributed to the Canada Revenue Agency's Advisory Committee on the Charitable Sector and has taught at Humber College.
