Lauren Wolk, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success at findhelp, overseeing a team of Senior Customer Success Managers and managing a significant customer portfolio. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions including Director of Customer Success at Knowledge to Practice, Senior Consultant and Senior Project Manager at Interfolio, and Senior Consultant at Sagacious Consultants, where Lauren contributed to major EMR implementations and system upgrades.
