Rachel Lauderdale

Rachel Lauderdale currently serves as Vice President of Customer and Community Success at findhelp, where Rachel has progressed through various roles in Customer Success since August 2019. Prior to findhelp, Rachel held the position of Director of Operations at Breathe For Change from March 2018 to August 2019. Rachel's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Epic from July 2009 to September 2017, where strategic leadership was provided for a large division across multiple countries. Additionally, Rachel contributed to a community development initiative as a Fellow at the University of Michigan, focusing on social revitalization in Costa Rica. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Sociology, and Global Change from the University of Michigan.
