Barbara Sharrer

Barbara Sharrer is currently the Human Resources Director at Findlay Family YMCA, where Barbara helps the community by promoting physical and mental health. Barbara also serves on the Village Council, with a focus on park, tree, sewer, and light committees. With a background in HR management and recruitment, Barbara has held various roles in organizations such as Early Learning Academies, Hollywood Casino Toledo, and Unarco Material Handling. Barbara holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources & Communications, along with additional certifications in Diversity Management.
