Evgenii Malov has work experience in customer service and customer support roles. Evgenii started their career at AlternativaPlatform in 2010 as a Lead Customer Support and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at PlayKey as a Lead Customer Support. In 2018, they joined Line App as the Head of Customer Experience. Currently, they are working at Antiphish as the Head Of Customer Service, starting in 2019.
