Evgenii Malov

Evgenii Malov has work experience in customer service and customer support roles. Evgenii started their career at AlternativaPlatform in 2010 as a Lead Customer Support and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at PlayKey as a Lead Customer Support. In 2018, they joined Line App as the Head of Customer Experience. Currently, they are working at Antiphish as the Head Of Customer Service, starting in 2019.

Evgenii Malov attended Perm State University (PSU) from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Mathematics with a field of study focused on Applied Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "How to be a product manager" from productstar in March 2018.
