Evgeniya Silina

Evgeniya Silina has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Evgeniya most recently worked as an HR Business Partner at FindMyKids starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the HRD (Human Resources Director) at Innopolis City Hall from July 2018 to May 2021. Before their role at Innopolis City Hall, they worked as a Project Manager of the Resource Center at Innopolis University from July 2017 to May 2018. Additionally, they gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at Innopolis City from June 2016 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR manager at "BARS Group" Ltd from July 2012 to June 2015.

Evgeniya Silina attended Kazan State University from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Economic Cybernetics. Evgeniya graduated from the university with a Specialist degree in the field of study.
