VP Customer Success & Operations at FinDock

Hartger Olivier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hartger is currently working at FinDock as the VP Customer Success & Operations, a role they took on in January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager Customer Success/Support at FinDock from May 2020 to March 2022. - In the period of 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Bestuurs- & Organisatiewetenschap with a specialization in Sportbeleid & - Management at Utrecht University.

- From 2004 to 2007, they studied at Utrecht University and received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Bestuurs- & Organisatiewetenschap.

In addition to their formal education, Hartger Olivier has obtained several certifications:

- In March 2019, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification from Trailhead by Salesforce.

- In August 2017, they earned the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification from Trailhead by Salesforce.

- In August 2016, they became certified as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) through Trailhead by Salesforce.

Furthermore, they have also obtained additional certifications such as Application Management Foundation with reference to ASL from EXIN, Databases en SQL Foundation from EXIN, PRINCE2 Foundation Examination from APMG-International, and Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org.
