Peter van der Meij has vast work experience in various roles and domains. Peter has worked at FinDock since 2014, where they started as a Solution Delivery Specialist at StepOrange, specializing in payment management and customer experience for nonprofit and membership organizations. Peter then transitioned to the role of Product Manager for nonprofits, responsible for aligning nonprofit and fundraising processes with the FinDock solution. In this role, they actively contributed to the roadmap determination, designed new features both functionally and technically, and possessed extensive knowledge of nonprofit-related processes. Prior to their time at FinDock, Peter worked at Dorcas as a CRM implementation expert and at Conceptsales as a Functional Management CRM/ERP specialist and Support Engineer. Peter was responsible for implementing and supporting various tools and technologies. Peter also gained experience as a bezorger at De Telegraaf and as an Assemblage/support medewerker at B&M Computers earlier in their career.
Peter van der Meij attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2002 to 2010, where they obtained their Propedeuse degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned several certifications, including Salesforce Accredited Sales Professional from Salesforce in June 2017, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in July 2016, Salesforce Trailhead from Trailhead by Salesforce in April 2015, salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer from salesforce.com in June 2014, and salesforce.com Certified Administrator from salesforce.com in May 2014.
