Thomas Hofer has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies.

Thomas began their career at Edinburgh Napier University in 2013, where they served as a Student Representative and was a member of the Faculty Academic Strategy and Enhancement Committee.

In 2015, they joined Focus24 Ltd as a Camera Technician, responsible for testing and maintaining film cameras, lenses, accessories, and other equipment. Thomas also provided kit demonstrations and technical advice to clients.

During their time at Focus24 Ltd, Hofer took on the role of Product Manager, where they researched, developed, and branded new products. Thomas also customized and modified cinema camera equipment and managed inventory data and CRM implementation.

In 2017, they became a Class Representative for the MSc in Management Studies at EDHEC Business School.

Hofer then joined Content Guru in 2018 as a Business Development Manager. Thomas generated value-based sales of CCaaS & SaaS through a consultative approach and developed marketing and sales pipelines. Thomas also managed accounts in the Government, Healthcare, and Telecommunication sectors and expanded the company's presence in the DACH region.

In 2021, Hofer joined Findologic - a Nosto company, as an Account Executive. Thomas harnessed the power of AI and Findologic's flexible API integration to tailor retail journeys and deliver meaningful shopping experiences.

Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Manager at Nosto since 2023.

Overall, Hofer has showcased their skills in sales, business development, account management, product management, and marketing strategy throughout their work experience.

Thomas Hofer has a diverse education history. In 2001 to 2009, they attended Bischöfliches Gymnasium Petrinum, where they obtained their Matura degree. Following that, from 2010 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in Photography and Film at Edinburgh Napier University. In 2011, they also completed a diploma in the 4 Week Hi-Def Filmmaking Workshop at New York Film Academy. Thomas then furthered their education with a Master of Science (MS) in Management Studies at EDHEC Business School from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained certification in "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in June 2019.
