Michael C. Gibson, MBA, PMP has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Beginning in 2003, they served as an instructor and course director at the Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering, where they developed course materials and instructed over 500 Canadian Soldiers and Officers.

From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Gibson worked in various positions within the US Army, including as a construction manager and operations logistics manager. In these roles, they planned and coordinated construction activities and led deployments in support of humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.

In 2012, Mr. Gibson transitioned to a role as Program Manager at Marquette University, where they were recognized as one of the top 5% of ROTC Program Managers. Following their time at Marquette, they served as a board member and treasurer for the Milwaukee County War Memorial Center, advising and coordinating projects and events that honor veterans and educate communities about their service.

Currently, Mr. Gibson is working as a Project Manager at J.H. Findorff & Son Inc., where they manage construction projects in the healthcare and hotel sectors. Michael C. is responsible for overseeing project teams, sub-contracts, finances, and customer relations.

Throughout their career, Mr. Gibson has demonstrated strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills, as well as a commitment to community service and honoring veterans. Michael C. holds an MBA and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Michael C. Gibson, MBA, PMP has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Franklin University, with a concentration in Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) from Xavier University, with a focus on Business Management. In addition to their formal education, Michael C. Gibson also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2016.
