Jenny James

Jenny James is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and client delivery across various industries. As the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Findr since August 2020, Jenny has played a pivotal role in streamlining the process of securing Discovery calls with decision-makers, achieving a speed nine times faster than traditional methods. Prior to this, Jenny served at Synchronoss Technologies from May 2018 to August 2020, where contributions were made in client delivery for the APAC and EMEA regions following the acquisition of honeybee. At honeybee, Jenny held the position of Client Delivery EMEA from September 2017 to May 2018. Jenny's career began at Dixons Carphone, where a progression through various roles, including Head of Project Management and Senior Programme Manager, spanned over 12 years from November 2004 to September 2017, focusing on customer experience and service delivery.
