Yuichiro "Philip" Yamada began their career in 2007 as a Planning and Accounting Department employee at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. In 2009, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant. In 2010, they moved to RareJob, Inc. as Executive Officer and Business Development Department Head.
