Duygu Kutluoglu Kilic has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Duygu began their career in 2008 as a Research & Teaching Assistant at Koc University and Istanbul Technical University. In 2010, they joined Huawei as a System Engineer / Solution Architect, OCS&CBS Business Analyst, Team Leader - Mobile Office, and Software Developer. In 2012, they were a Project Manager at Pozitron and in 2014 they became PMO Manager at Monitise. In 2016, they became Head of Project Management at Monitise MEA and in 2017 they co-founded Finedine Menu, where they currently serve as CEO. Duygu Kutluoglu Kilic's education history includes attending Kalamış İlkokulu from 1990 to 1995, Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi ve Maarif Koleji from 1995 to 2003, Istanbul Technical University from 2003 to 2008 where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, and post-bachelor studies at both EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and Koç University in Microelectronics from 2008 to 2010. Duygu then returned to Istanbul Technical University to obtain their M.Sc. in Microelectronics from 2010 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Kapsamlı Liderlik Gelişimi from Mentoro Platform in 2015, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2015, Professional Scrum Master, PSM1 from ACM in 2015, Turkcell İş Ortakları Satış Eğitimi from Turkcell in 2013, and PMI Project Management from İstanbul Kurumsal Gelişim in 2013.
