Annika Paasikoski-Kenny

Annika Paasikoski-Kenny has extensive work experience as a Senior Technical Writer. Annika began their career at Citec Information Oy Ab in 2001, where they led the design and implementation of documentation library architectures for telecommunication network software and hardware projects. Annika then worked at Misys Sophis, where they updated release notes and user guides for cross-asset trading & risk management software. At BSB Ireland Ltd., they designed and completed documentation projects for life insurance policy administration software and brand new features. Annika later joined Ammeon, where they developed product and end-user documentation and training material for a complex Telecoms infrastructure platform. Currently, Annika is working at FINEOS as a Senior Technical Writer, where they write online helps and other documentation for the core product-suite, FINEOS AdminSuite. Throughout their various roles, Annika has demonstrated their ability to research and translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation. Annika also ensures that all new developments are accurately reflected in the documentation.
