Graham Keogh has over 22 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer and AWS Specialist at FINEOS since February 2007, where Graham leads the Deployment and Installation department, overseeing the configuration, setup, and installation of the FINEOS suite of products. Prior to this role, Graham worked at Cognotec Ltd. from January 2001 to February 2007, initially as a Senior Technical Support Executive, providing technical support to a global client base, and later as a Technical Consultant, where responsibilities included defining specifications for a next-generation product and sourcing third-party solutions for its architecture.
