System Administrator at FINEOS

Matthew Boyd has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Matthew joined FINEOS in 2020 as a System Administrator. Prior to that, they worked at Norwich Pharma Services from 2012 to 2020, where they held the position of IT Support Administrator. As an IT Support Administrator, Matthew was responsible for tasks such as Microsoft SCCM administration, creating and deploying images/software/updates/OS upgrades, monitoring update compliance, and generating queries/reports. Before joining Norwich Pharma Services, Matthew worked as a Computer Technician Intern from April 2012 to September 2012. In addition, Matthew gained experience as a General Employee at The Rental Center of Monticello from August 2006 to August 2011.

Matthew Boyd attended Sullivan County Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Information Management. Matthew then went on to study at the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in End User Support. In addition to their degrees, Matthew also holds certifications in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA, which they obtained in October 2014, and in Emerging Leaders In Today's Environment (ELITE), which they received from Morrisville State College in December 2010.
