Nicola Pilson

Nicola Pilson has extensive HR experience, with their most recent role being Senior Human Resources Business Partner at FINEOS since March 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at arvato Financial Solutions from September 2014 to January 2019. Before that, they held various HR positions at Firstsource Solutions Limited, including Assistant Manager - HR from July 2014 to September 2014 and Human Resources Officer from July 2012 to July 2014. Nicola also worked at HSG Zander Ireland, where they served as Human Resources Manager from August 2007 to July 2012 and as an HR Generalist from June 2005 to August 2007. Throughout their career, Nicola has been involved in a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR administration.

Nicola Pilson completed a Certificate in Recruitment and Selection from the National College of Ireland in 2006-2007. Nicola then pursued a Certificate in Employment Law from the same institution in 2007-2008. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management (BAHRM) from the National College of Ireland, graduating in 2011.
