Rachael Hochgesang Choate

Rachael Hochgesang Choate has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rachael started their career as an Environmental Compliance Technician at PARKER AG SERVICES in 2010 and worked there until 2011. Rachael then joined ReedGroup in 2011 and held various roles including Operations Manager, Service Product Owner, and Senior Business Consultant until 2020. From 2020 onwards, Rachael joined FINEOS as a Senior Business Consultant and later transitioned into the role of Product Manager. Overall, they have accumulated expertise in business consulting, operations management, and environmental compliance.

Rachael Hochgesang Choate completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science: Biogeochemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their academic education, they also obtained various certifications including LOMA 281 - Meeting Customer Needs with Insurance and Annuities from LOMA in May 2022, Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) from the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) in July 2020, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Guardian Life in 2019.
