Brett Finer

Brett Finer is the Founding Partner at Finer Recruiting, LLC, a company dedicated to placing top talent in Hedge Funds, with a focus on C-Suite, Front Office, Trading, Marketing/IR, and Back/Middle Office roles since October 2022. Prior to founding Finer Recruiting, Brett held significant roles including Managing Director and Head of US Outsourced Trading at Jefferies from November 2017 to October 2022, and Director of Equity Trading at Tourmaline Partners, LLC from October 2015 to October 2017. Additional experience includes trading positions at JAT Capital Management LP, Kensico Capital Management, and Shumway Capital, as well as serving as Assistant Controller and in Trade Support at Fidelity Investments. Brett Finer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, obtained in 2000.
