Eduardo Camino Arias is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and financial management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Finerge since October 2016, Eduardo has a proven track record in M&A, debt origination and management, organic growth, group structuring, and energy management. Prior roles include Group CFO at Finerge, overseeing financial activities from its acquisition by First State and subsequent sale to Enel Green Power, and CFO positions at Enel Green Power subsidiaries in Portugal, France, and Spain, where significant transactions were executed, including the sale of substantial wind portfolio assets. Eduardo's earlier career includes leadership roles in financial management at Endesa and other prominent companies, showcasing a consistent focus on driving growth and restructuring initiatives.
