Arti brings with her 15+ years of work experience spread across industries and cultures. She graduated in Information Systems from BITS, Pilani, India and went to the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India, to study management. Arti has a specialization in Technology & Marketing.
She started her career with AGC Networks (erstwhile Tata Telecom Ltd.) where she was responsible for post-sales customer satisfaction levels. This is where she discovered her passion and innate capability to deliver customer delight. She learned about managing teams, building long-lasting relationships, and creating happy customers.
After AGC, Arti moved on with a start-up in the Telecom services sector. Here she was responsible for business development as well as after-sales support. She learned about creating teams, bringing people together for a cause, retaining talent, and handling customers throughout the lifecycle.
At Johnson & Johnson Medical, Arti managed their suture business in a region. This gave her experience in managing a Business Unit independently. Arti developed competence in sales management, managing channels, developing people and creating customer-focused teams. At Johnson & Johnson, she was also responsible for sales training and leading a cross-franchise team to maximize J&J’s business in key accounts. Here she developed her training skills and worked on creating win-win solutions for all stakeholders.
