Manivel Kannan, PMP®, CSM®, currently serves as the Delivery Head for Salesforce at Finesse Global, where responsibilities include leading 17 high-impact Salesforce projects with a focus on business alignment, timely delivery, and budget management. Previously, valuable contributions as Salesforce Delivery Manager and Project Manager at Tech Mahindra resulted in a 25% improvement in operational KPIs and a 30% enhancement in code quality. Experience also includes managing service delivery projects with a focus on risk management and quality assurance, along with overseeing various migration projects.
