Pauline Baudens is a researcher and PhD student at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, focusing on the digital transformation of women's mobility in the Global South, specifically in India and the DRC. Baudens is also a research fellow at the FinEst Centre for Smart Cities and a business development associate at Trufi Association e.V., where funding opportunities and grant application strategies are explored. Previous experience includes roles as a transport policy analyst at the International Transport Forum, researcher at Les Afriques dans le monde, and founder of Eloquency. Baudens has been engaged with TomTom in various capacities, coordinating business development and implementing EU regulations. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Public Administration from TalTech, a Master’s in Globalization and Spatial Dynamics from Université Paris-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor's in International Economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
