Scott Ham

Scott Ham serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pinpoint Predictive, where the focus is on utilizing behavioral economics to enhance risk prediction for insurers. Additionally, Scott is the Chair for Vistage Worldwide, Inc., leading a peer advisory group for CEOs and business owners. As an Advisory Board Member for FinFit Life, Scott contributes to strategies aimed at improving customer and agent health and wealth. Scott is also an AAA Arbitrator, specializing in commercial and employment law. Previously, Scott worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Advisor and held several executive roles at Transamerica, including Chief Distribution Officer and President & CEO. Scott's legal expertise includes serving as General Counsel for various divisions within Aegon and as Business Unit General Counsel for World Financial Group. Educational credentials include a JD from Pepperdine Law and a BA in History from Penn State University.
