Asesh Sarkar

Asesh Sarkar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Asesh started their career in 2002 as a Senior Consultant at Detica and then moved on to become a Principal at PA Consulting Group from 2005 to 2010. At Deloitte, they worked as an Assistant Director in the transaction services team, specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the finance sector. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Partner and Member of the Management Group at PA Consulting Group, where they advised and delivered transformative strategic programs for various organizations in the finance sector. In 2015, they co-founded Salary Finance, a leading employee financial wellness platform in the UK, and served as the Group CEO. Asesh later co-founded FinFit in 2023, which merged with Salary Finance to create the leading employee financial wellness platform in the US, where they held the role of President and Co-founder. Additionally, they served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at MyBnk, the UK's leading youth money charity, since 2020.

Asesh Sarkar has completed the Emerging Leaders Programme in Executive Education from the London Business School. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Business Studies from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
