Pete Ostberg has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Pete started their career at Paychex in 2001, where they held various roles such as Health and Benefits Supervisor, Requirements Analyst, Major Market Service Operations Project Manager, Business Analyst, and finally as a Product Manager. During their tenure at Paychex, Pete developed and coordinated product strategies, monitored market trends, managed product development and rollout, and contributed to pricing adjustments. In 2017, they joined FinFit as the Vice President of Product Management. Later, Pete became the Chief Operating Officer at FinFit in 2019. FinFit is a voluntary employee benefit company that provides employers with a Financial Wellness Program for their employees, aiming to help them gain control over their financial lives and reduce stress-related issues.

Pete Ostberg holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from SUNY Geneseo. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional from the IIBA in April 2014.
