Maryna Romanets has a diverse work experience, starting with self-employment in 2000 in wholesale trading. In 2020, they took on a role as a Software Test Automation Engineer at EPAM Systems, where they were responsible for functional, regression, exploratory, GUI, API, database, and integration testing. Maryna used Java, Selenide/Selenium, WireMock, TestNG, REST Assured, Postman, JavaScript, Cypress, GitHub, and Jenkins. In 2021, they moved to DDI | Development Dimensions International as a Software Test Engineer, where they manually tested a reporting software module using Microsoft Azure technologies. Maryna developed test plans and test cases using acceptance criteria, performed functional, ETL, and regression testing, analyzed data base models and big data models, ensured communication between teams through defect management and defect resolution, and supported the automation team with Git best practices. Currently, they are a Software Development Engineer In Test at Fingercheck.

Maryna Romanets obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Donetsk National Technical University in 2006.
