Kristian Bryngnas

Kristian Bryngnas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kristian is currently the Director of Administrative Services at Fingerprint Cards, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Business and Financial Controlling Manager, as well as the Interim Senior Business Controller at the same company.

Before joining Fingerprint Cards, Bryngnas worked as the Interim Finance Director at Klintberg & Way Group AB for a brief period in 2021. Kristian also served as the Interim Operational Financial Manager at DB Schenker - Schenker Dedicated Services AB from December 2020 to July 2021.

Bryngnas has valuable international experience, having worked at DEKRA East & South Asia as a Financial Consultant and Shared Services Project Manager in China and East Asia from 2018 to 2020.

Their longest tenure was at DEKRA Industrial AB/DEKRA Sweden AB/DEKRA Group, where they held various positions from 2010 to 2017. Kristian served as the CFO with financial responsibility for Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. Kristian also held the role of Board Member of the Supervisory Board in Lithuania and the Czech Republic during this time.

Bryngnas began their career at KBR/GVA Consultants AB as an Accounting & Finance Manager and later became a Board Member and Co-opted Secretary of the Board from 2006 to 2010.

Kristian also gained experience in the healthcare industry at Molnlycke Health Care, serving as the Group Business Controller and Integration Manager in Mexico and the USA. Kristian held the position of Business Area/Division Controller Surgical from 1998 to 2001.

Bryngnas started their professional journey at CMA Small Systems AB as a Manager of Finance and Administration from 1996 to 1998. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Manager at Industrivarden Stago Wibe GmbH from 1993 to 1996.

Overall, Bryngnas has a strong and diverse background in finance, business controlling, and managerial roles spanning multiple industries and international locations.

Kristian Bryngnäs completed their high school education at Coronado High School in 1981, where they studied International/Global Studies. Kristian then went on to earn their High School Diploma from Sigrid Rudebecks Gymnasium in 1983, focusing on Social Sciences. Continuing their education, Bryngnäs attended the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 1984 to 1989, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Finance & International Marketing. In 2000, they pursued an Executive MBA degree in the International Leadership Programme at the same institution. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained certification as a Board Member from Styrelseakademin.
