Kaitlyn Durvin

Kaitlyn Durvin has a diverse work experience that spans from 2013 to 2022. In 2013, they worked as a Recruiting Manager/Field Director at Youth For Understanding USA (YFU). In this role, they supported international students, host families, volunteers, and area schools. Kaitlyn also revamped the targeted geographical area by on boarding new host families and volunteers. In 2015, they worked as a Manager of Programs and Operations at The Arts and Business Council of Greater Boston. In 2016, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at SNI Financial. In 2017, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter II at Ryder System, Inc. where they identified, recruited, interviewed, and recommended candidates for positions. In 2018, they worked as a Service Delivery Manager at SQA - Software Quality Associates where they sourced and developed relationships with technical talent. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Overjet. Currently, they are a Senior Recruitment Manager at Fingerprint.

Kaitlyn Durvin obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Business Administration and Management and Visual Arts Management from Richmond, The American International University in London between 2014 and 2016. Kaitlyn also obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Business/Corporate Communications and Art History from the University of Rhode Island between 2009 and 2013. In 2011, Kaitlyn studied Italian Studies in Florence, Italy at Richmond, The American International University in London. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Employee Engagement and Employer Branding to Attract Talent from LinkedIn in October 2019, and a Hubspot Inbound Certification from HubSpot in February 2017.
