Susanna Solajoki has a diverse work experience in the fields of PR, marketing, and communication. Susanna started their career at Oulu University of Applied Sciences as a Communication Planning Officer from November 2011 to September 2013. After that, they worked as a Copywriter, Brand & PR at Polar Electro Oy from October 2014 to November 2015.

In 2017, Susanna joined Tosibox as a Content Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for independent content creation for various digital channels and organizing trade show appearances globally. Susanna then took on the role of Marketing Manager, Content Marketing from August 2018 to June 2020, where they focused on increasing brand awareness and driving sales through content strategy and coordination.

Currently, Susanna is working at Fingersoft as a PR Lead, leading the Brand Reach team and managing media relations and corporate communications. Susanna previously held the role of PR Manager, where they developed a digital-first PR strategy and handled media relations, events, sponsorships, and partnerships. Fingersoft is a Finnish game studio known for their popular mobile games Hill Climb Racing and Hill Climb Racing 2.

Susanna Solajoki's education history is as follows:

From 2003 to 2007, they attended Centria University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management.

In 2005, they also had an exchange study period at Bifröst University in Iceland, earning 30 ECTS credits.

Susanna then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Philology from the University of Oulu, from 2005 to 2009.

Lastly, they completed their education by earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Communication & Public Relations from the University of Jyväskylä, from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Susanna Solajoki has obtained various certifications. In 2016, they earned the Inbound Certification and Email Marketing Certification from HubSpot. In 2017, they obtained the Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot. Furthermore, in 2020, they completed the "Palvelumuotoilun ja asiakaskokemuksen elementit -verkkokurssi" (Elements of Service Design and Customer Experience) from Effisio. Susanna also obtained the "Saavutettavuus ja digipalvelulain vaatimukset" (Accessibility and Requirements of the Digital Service Act) certification from eOppiva in 2021. Lastly, in 2023, they will complete the "Viestinnän johtamisen valmennusohjelma" (Leadership Program for Communications Management) from Viesti - Viestinnän asiantuntijoiden ammattijärjestö Viesti ry.
