Johanna Skippari

Johanna Skippari currently serves as Legal Counsel at Fingrid Oyj since August 2023. Prior to this role, Johanna held positions as Assistant Contracts Officer at the European Space Agency from March 2021 to August 2023, and as Legal Advisor at ENTSO-E from March 2017 to March 2021, focusing on IT project contracts, EU electricity networks regulation, and cyber security. Earlier experience includes roles at Milieu Ltd as a Legal Advisor specializing in EU legislation for energy, transport, and environment; the European Commission providing legal expertise on cross-border transmission projects; and Mäkitalo Rantanen & Co Oy advising on energy and technology projects. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from the University of Toronto and a Master of Laws in Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Helsinki.
