Miika Määttä

Miika Määttä's work experience begins in 2005 with Nokia, where they held roles as an Integration Engineer, Design Engineer, and End to End Specialist. At Nokia, they consistently exceeded their targets and received an achievement award. From 2010 to 2018, Määttä worked at Basware, starting as an Interface Specialist and progressing to roles as a Senior Integration Consultant, Team Leader in Solution Consulting, and Integration Architect in the P2P R&D department. During their time at Basware, they led a global team and worked on key projects in e-invoicing and P2P for various industries. Since 2018, Määttä has been working at Fingrid Oyj, initially as an Integration Architect and currently as the Head of ICT Solution Services. In their current role, Määttä leads a team responsible for maintaining integration platforms, developing and implementing integration strategies, and acting as IT project managers in system delivery projects.

Miika Määttä holds a Master of Science (Technology) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a focus on Signal Processing and Web Applications. This degree was obtained from the University of Oulu, completed in 2010. In addition to their formal education, Miika has also obtained certifications in PRINCE2 Foundation from PeopleCert in November 2019 and TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation from The Open Group (specific dates not provided).
