Sergey Krechetov has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. In 2010, they started their career at Parallels as a Support Engineer. Sergey then joined Mars in 2015 as an IT Operations Specialist, where they provided tier 2 support and played the role of a Regional Technical Lead in Telecoms. Sergey was later promoted to Service Manager in the Master Data area, where they managed an offshore team and expanded the team's scope. In 2019, they became a Customer Experience Manager, responsible for building a CX team, driving a customer-centric culture, and creating a CX strategy for the IT Operations team.
