Jeff Penovich

Jeff Penovich is a dedicated technical professional with extensive experience in the Fintech industry, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager and Sales Engineer Team Lead at Finicity, a Mastercard Company, since February 2017. In this role, Jeff leads a team of Sales/Systems engineers, serves as a Subject Matter Expert on the Finicity API, and oversees integration processes affecting sales and systems. Notable achievements include a 40% reduction in integration-related tickets and the development of KPIs to enhance visibility of performance. Prior to Finicity, Jeff held various technical roles at Gap Inc./GapTech, Brigham Young University, and other organizations, demonstrating a solid foundation in IT and management.
