Justin currently serves as the Director of Intelligent Products at Finicity, a Mastercard Company, where they are responsible for managing the intelligent product component for their largest Open Banking clients. Justin has expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence models and has played a crucial role in integrating challenging partner relationships into Mastercard. Prior to this, Justin worked at Consilience Now Group as a Book Author, where they helped visionaries succeed in the age of exponential growth in intelligence. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder of Women of the World - Utah, where they showcased their skills in startup branding, non-profit marketing, and fundraising. Justin also has extensive experience in the technology industry, having worked at IM Flash as a Senior Chemical Engineer, Technology Strategy Program Manager, and Senior Engineer Manager. Justin has led strategic planning, facilitated executive offsite meetings, and fostered a positive team culture. Earlier in their career, Justin worked as a Research & Development Engineer at Micron Technology, focusing on semiconductor processes and leading global migration projects. As a Production Management Engineer at Cargill, they were responsible for automation, technical training, and environmental systems. Justin has also worked as the Water Center Assistant to the Director and Bio-Engineering Researcher at Montana State University, where they developed web pages, databases, and conducted research in bio-remediation and film adhesion properties.
