Vijay Singh

Vijay Singh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Vijay began their career as a Consultant at Sashun Consultants in 2003 and then worked as a Software Engineer at Classic Informatics Limited in 2006. Vijay continued to gain experience as a Sr. Software Engineer at Appulse Technologies in 2007 and a Product Engineer 2 at Core Objects in 2008. In 2009, Vijay joined Teksmart Consulting LLC & AR Softech Pvt.Ltd. as a Team Lead Manager, where they were involved in the complete lifecycle of an online video chat application until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Cognizant as a Software Engineering Manager (Senior Associate), leading projects for clients like CCC and Progrexion Marketing. In 2013, they joined SVAM International as a Senior Program Analyst for the Search And Win project. Vijay then moved to Finicity, a Mastercard Company, in 2017, where they held various positions including Sr. Software Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, and currently, Director of Software Engineering. At Finicity, they developed and managed open banking applications, recruited and mentored technology teams, and worked on key fintech projects.

Vijay Singh completed their education with a Master's Degree in Technology & Innovations from Aspen University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they pursued a BIT degree in Information Technology from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Higher National Diploma in Computing and Multimedia from Edexcel International. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including "Applying Real-time Processing Using Apache Storm" from Pluralsight in January 2021, "Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools: Bootstrap 4" from Coursera in December 2020, "Server-side Development with NodeJS, Express and MongoDB" from Coursera in December 2020, "Front-End Web Development with React" from Coursera in October 2020, "Problem Solving" from HackerRank in September 2020, "MongoDB for Java Developers" from MongoDB in December 2017, "Creating and Leading Effective Teams for Managers" from Pluralsight in March 2017, "Introduction to Java Enterprise Edition" from Lynda.com in February 2017, and "MongoDB for Python Developers" from MongoDB, Inc. in February 2015.
