Alessandro Guerriero has a background in corporate finance, corporate development, settlement services, global TMT M&A, and investment banking coverage. Alessandro has worked at Fininvest since November 2020 as a Corporate Finance & Corporate Development Specialist. Prior to that, Alessandro worked at BNP Paribas Securities Services from July 2015 to December 2015, and at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking from March 2017 to October 2020 in various roles including Associate and Analyst in global TMT M&A and M&A Italy.
