Sal Cordova

Sal Cordova is an experienced retail manager with a strong background in the high-volume environment at Finish Line since July 2009. Currently serving as an Area Manager in Training and previously a Store Manager Trainer, Sal is responsible for managing large teams, coaching store managers, and driving sales growth. Notably, Sal managed the highest volume Finish Line store in San Diego County and excelled in recruiting and developing staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Prior experience includes roles at Circuit City, where Sal served as an Assistant Manager and Car Audio Supervisor. Sal holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Long Beach City College and has additional education from Moorpark College.
