Gina Koert

Gina Koert is the President of Shamrock Painting Dba Bell SPI, a prominent subcontractor and MWBE | SBE | DBE company based in Denver, CO, since December 2005. With expertise in building design and construction, Gina has a successful history as a Senior Estimator and Project Manager, securing a variety of projects nationwide. In addition, Gina serves as an Advisor for Finish Robotics, focusing on the integration of advanced technology in the construction sector. Gina has held leadership roles as Immediate Past Chair and Chairman of the Board for the Painting Contractors Association. Previously, Gina worked as a Cost Consultant at Faithful+Gould, analyzing government projects and providing cost assessments. Gina holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
