Janine Mason

Janine Mason currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Finisterre, a role commenced in June 2023. Prior to this position, Janine held the same title at Frugi from April 2017 to February 2023, contributing to one of the UK's leading ethical and organic childrenswear brands. Janine's extensive experience also includes roles as a People Specialist and HR Manager at 4Ps Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed the management of HR services across multiple locations. Earlier career highlights include project management roles at Aukett Brockliss Guy, Cornwall IT Services, and Cornwall Arts Marketing, where Janine successfully led initiatives that promoted the arts sector and supported numerous businesses in Cornwall. Janine holds a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts from the University of Hertfordshire and further education from Truro and Penwith College.
