Suyen Charotia Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They started their career in 1999 as a Human Resources Manager at Douglas Machine & Tool Co., Inc. After a successful tenure there, Suyen joined Fuezion Inc / Arsman LLC in 2004 as a VP of Operations. In 2007, they volunteered as a Liaison Officer for the Youth Excellence Program at ICAS Foundation. Continuing their career growth, they joined Finit Solutions in 2008 as a Human Resources Manager.

Suyen Charotia Lee obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies from Northern Kentucky University in an unspecified year prior to 1998. Suyen Charotia then pursued further education at Northern Kentucky University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics. Afterwards, they attended Northern Kentucky University again and completed an MBA in Project Management.

In 2009, Suyen Charotia Lee enrolled in Villanova University to obtain a Certification in Human Resource Management. Additionally, in the same year, they pursued another certification in HR: Benefits and Compensation from eCornell.

In terms of additional certifications, Suyen Charotia Lee obtained several qualifications. In January 2010, they achieved the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI. To further expand their skillset, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in March 2015. Suyen Charotia also acquired multiple certifications related to their work as a spectacle and contact lens dispenser, including the achievement of the Registered Spectacle Lens Dispenser certification from the State of California - Board of Optometry in December 2016, and the Registered Contact Lens Dispenser certification from the same institution in February 2018. Moreover, they received the ABOC certification from The American Board of Opticianry in August 2016 and the NCLEC certification from the National Contact Lens Examiners in August 2017.
