Phil Hartstein

Phil Hartstein has over fifteen years of experience in the Intellectual Property field. Phil is currently the President and CEO of Finjan Holdings. Prior to joining Finjan, they were the Vice President at IP Navigation Group. There, they were responsible for managing all aspects of portfolio enforcement programs across all technology areas.

Before IP Navigation Group, Phil Hartstein was the Managing Director at Rembrandt IP Solutions. At Rembrandt, they focused on developing and executing IP monetization strategies for clients in a variety of industries.

Phil Hartstein has also held positions as Director & Sr. Business Analyst at IPotential, and Director; Acquisitions & Analytics at Ocean Tomo. In addition to their work in the IP field, Phil has also worked in business development in the entertainment industry.

Phil Hartstein is a well-respected leader in the Intellectual Property field. Phil has a proven track record of success in developing and executing IP monetization strategies for clients. Phil is a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the business of IP and how to generate returns on investment for their clients.

Phil Hartstein has a BS in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Phil also has certification from the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford in Stanford Director's College 2015, 2018.
