Ana María García Vanegas

Ana María García Vanegas has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2007. Ana María began their career as a Business Management Consultant at Remolina Estrada Consultoría Gerencial S.A. in 2007. In 2012, they moved to My People Consultores Organizacionales as an Associate Consultant, where they led projects in human resources, organizational change and strategic planning. In 2014, they joined Colegio de estudios superiores en Administración CESA as a Professor of Human Talent II. In 2016, they were hired as the Culture and Innovation Manager at IQ Outsourcing, where they led a team of 60 people between administrative areas, communication and human management. In 2017, they became a Human Talent Consultant at HR Gurú Latinoamérica and in 2020 they were appointed as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Soy Yo - SERVICIOS DE IDENTIDAD DIGITAL S.A.S. In 2022, they were hired as the Head of People at Finkargo and as a Professor of Banking & Digital Transformation Diplomaed at CESA.

Ana María García Vanegas obtained their MBA from Universidad de Los Andes in 2011, their Marketing Specialist degree from the same university in 2007, and their Industrial Engineer degree from the same university in 2006. In addition, they have obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in August 2020 and a Business Model Generation Workshop from Strategyzer in September 2014.
